An efficient way to invest, the NatWest e-ISA is an online cash ISA.  You can withdraw money whenever you wish without being subject to penalty fees and plan your individual saving goals using the handy online system.
Interest is paid monthly with an AER rate of 1.98% to 2.50%.  The minimum deposit is just 1 and up to April 2010 the annual allowance is 3,600 for under 50s - yet from April 2010 onwards this will rise to 5,100.
The minimum age for this ISA is 16 years and you will need to have an instant access savings account to open the e-ISA.
