NATWEST FIXED RATE ISA REVIEW
NatWest Fixed Rate ISA - ISA
(Which Way To Pay - 7/7/2011)
The NatWest Fixed Rate ISA is available for 1, 2 and 3 year savings term. The interest gained from this, is exempt from UK income tax. To increase your tax free earning potential, you can transfer in existing cash ISA balances.

Interest can be paid either annually or monthly. Monthly interest will be calculated daily and paid on the last working day of each month into your nominated account and upon maturity. Remember if your interest is paid away from your Fixed Rate ISA account, it will be subject to tax as it will no longer be considered part of your ISA. Annual interest paid into your Fixed Rate ISA account will again be calculated daily and paid annually on the last business day of March and upon maturity.

Savings between 1,000 and 5,340 can be made each tax year. However your savings cannot be withdrawn, so the account is ideal for someone who can keep their money stored away for a while. Although if you need to access your money, you can close your NatWest Fixed Rate ISA at an interest charge.
