Virgin Money offer the Climate Change ISA, an investment ISA which requires the holder to be aware of risk. 
 
You can invest in a wide range of companies - mostly from Europe - and the emphasis is on those who further environmental improvements and who pursue environmentally aware capitalism.
 
You can transfer existing ISAs to your Virgin Climate Change ISA and can take your money whenever you want - there is no notice period.
 
There is an annual management fee of 1.75% which is fairly competitive for this market.  A great investment ISA for people who want to invest in an environmentally aware way.
