These are not recommended as they will only be accepted at few hotels in the capital. If necessary, MasterCard is the best card to use.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE:

Best at bureaux de change in the capital and the easiest currencies to exchange are US dollars, Euros and GBP. Make sure you check the rates in advance.

TRAVELLER'S CHEQUES:

Not recommended as these are rarely accepted outside the capital.

Mon-Fri 0800-1200 and 1400-1800. Banks are open until lunchtime on Saturdays.
