Advantages:
From just 6p a day mygadgetbuddy can cover your gadgets as standard for the following:
1. Accidental Damage – We will pay repair costs if your gadget is damaged as a result of an accident during the policy period.
2. Theft – if your gadget is stolen during the policy period we will replace it. Where only part or parts of your gadget have been stolen, we will only replace of that part or parts.
3. Breakdown – if your gadget breaks down outside of the manufacturer’s guarantee period, we will cover the cost of repair during the policy period. This cover is not available on laptops.
4. Malicious Damage – If your gadget is damaged through the intentional or deliberate actions of another party we will repair it. Where only part or parts of your gadget have been damaged, we will only replace that part or parts.
5. Fraudulent Call Use – if your gadget is a mobile phone, is lost or stolen, and covered by your policy, we will refund the cost of calls made from the mobile phone after the time it was lost or stolen up to a maximum of £100. We will require itemised bills to complete any claim made during the policy period. |
Disadvantages:
1. Unfortunately, you are unable to change the date of the Direct Debit collection from your bank account. The date is set and agreed with your bank and we email you advising and confirming the set up of your Direct Debit instruction and future payment schedule.
2. mygadgetbuddy.com insurance only covers gadget(s) purchased as new. Second hand items are not eligible for cover. |
