Ocean Finance - Choose a name you know & can trust

Ocean Finance Loans - Low cost loans for UK homeowners.  Ocean offer a 3 step process to getting your loan: complete an online form for a free quote from a dedicated underwriter, then if you're happy with the loan offer, Ocean Finance will send you your agreements in the post, you then sign and return these by freepost.  Finally for the final step, Ocean will process the offer and the funds will be released to you.  Sounds fairly straightforward - note though that the typical variable rate is 15.9% APR and rates can range from 9.4% to 29.9% APR.  Ocean also warn that if you secure other debts against your home, it might be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

An alternative to the homeowner loan is the any purpose loan for items such as a new car, home improvement or a holiday.  Ocean suggest that you may still qualiy for a loan even if you have bad crefit, mortgage arrears of county court judgements against your name.  See website for details.
