Speed-e-card is a prepaid MasterCard that works like a debit card, except you control the amount you load onto the card. You cannot go over drawn. Use worldwide wherever the MasterCard Acceptance Mark is displayed. Before you apply for a prepaid card it is important that you consider your financial circumstances carefully.
