Barclay One Pulse Balance Transfer Credit Card (Visa) has one-touch technology for cashless small purchases you just have to touch your card against a secure reader to pay - however note that there is no free purchase period and you must be over 23.
 
0% interest on balance transfers for 14 months from the opening of the account but watch for the handling charge of 2.9%.
 
There is a built in Oyster card which helps with travel if you live or work in London.
