With Principality Home Insurance you can select contents, building and legal expenses insurance and you can also add further benefits to provide cover to suit your needs. Additional extras include accidental damage, personal items, technology and entertainment, garden, home emergency and legal expenses. A great thing is that you can pay monthly at no extra cost and they offer a 5% discount for new customers.

Note that no cover is provided for wear and tear, maintenance or anything that happens gradually. Also if you leave your home unoccupied for more than 60 days in a row, let it to anyone, or use it for trade, professional or business purposes, some covers will be restricted and some will not apply.
