The Endsleigh Landlord Insurance offers all-round protection for properties which are let out.

Properties are insured against malicious damage by tenants and provides and occupancy cover for up to 120 days for student tenants and up to 60 days for non-student tenants.

On the plus side is, amongst other benefits, that discounts are offered for student lets and if any of the property becomes an inhabitable alternative accommodation will be provided or compensation for the loss of rent.

More benefits are available and the insurance covers fire, theft, vandalism, lightening and more.

The policy costs from 25.41 per month, policy excess is 250 - 1000.
