There is no need for a bank account - send and receive cash for an instant transfer.  Instant Cash also say that their service is monitored 24 hours a day so that their customer service team are fast and trustworthy.
The Instant Cash website is very unclear, and the fees are not explained.  The lack of options may put some customers off as you have to visit a branch to make a transfer.  The terms and conditions are not found on the website, so do make sure you are clear on what the policies are with this service to ensure your details and money is being treated safely.
