Prudential's personal pension plan offers a flexible payment scheme.  You can stop/start payments without fearing a penalty, as well as change the amount that you pay in. 

An added bonus to this fund is that the manager will move your money automatically to less risky investments as you draw closer to your retirement age - thus optimising the amount you will receive.

The typical rate/charge for this plan is an annaul 1% of the total fund amount.  Remember that depending on which funds you invest in, your savings can go up or down in value.  You can choose from around 19 funds and the minimum investment is not stated from the outset - you must apply to find out.  Prudential is a well-known pension provider and this plan is worth including in your selection process!
