Onebanking Prepaid Card Bank Account - Prepaid Card
(Which Way To Pay - 19/6/2008)
Onebanking is a prepaid card with a difference it is a bank account as well as a card. The difference between the Onebanking account and a standard bank account is that as per a prepaid card, no credit checks are required so if you have poor or no credit history you can still apply. You also are assigned a personal account manager to help with your finances.
Unlike other Prepaid cards you can earn interest on your balance and the fee structure is very customer friendly. There are no purchase fees, no UK ATM fees, and no fees when you top up! You can also have a maximum balance of 25,000.
The main negative is that there is a 12.50 monthly fee but the cheap fee structure makes up for this. You can also control your account by SMS and can transfer money to a secondary card for no fee.
