ICE TRAVELLERS CASHCARD EURO REVIEW
ICE Travellers CashCard Euro - Travel FX Card
(Which Way To Pay - 16/4/2008)
A convenient and secure option for spending abroad. The Ice Travellers CashCard is one of the rising number of prepaid cards aimed specifically at travel spending. The card can also be used everywhere, not just in EU countries, but will be of most benefit in countries with Euro currency.

The main advantage of the Ice card is the fact that you'll be free of all the usual fee's and charges normally associated with using plastic abroad. The card offers no fees on purchases, goods and services (In the currency that it was issued in).

A great feature with this card is that after you have created an account, you can order multiple cards (Dollar/ Euro/ Sterling) and you'll be able to share them with family or friends (Up to 4 supplementary cards are available). And with all the online access (for top ups etc) this could be a great way to transfer money to relatives when they're travelling.

The only real downside with the card are the fees you may incur if you don't use the card wisely; you'll get a 4% surpless fee on transactions in a different currency and a 7.50EURO charge if your account goes into a negative balance. That said, it's an all round great deal for travel spending.
ICE Travellers CashCard Euro is ranked 3 out of 5. Based on 1 review.
