MyTravelCash offers the Euro card to its FX card selection.  The Euro card from MyTravelCash carries no commission, no purchase fee and a free emergency back-up card.
The minimum load on this FX card is 10 but the exchange rates are really competitive plus the zero purchase fee means shopping abroad can be great value.
The maximum balance amount is 6,000 so this card is perfect for most trips abroad, from business to pleasure.  Note there is a 1.25 ATM withdrawal fee both in the UK and abroad.
