TRAVEL MONEY CASH

When travelling abroad, it is useful to have some cash in the relevant currency; as some establishments may not accept cards or you may want to tip in cash or make small purchases. Many individuals make the mistake of buying cash at the airport or at small local bureaux de change. The commission fees are often high at these establishments and the exchange rate is usually poor. Even when there is no commission for the exchange, the rate offered is usually very poor and the customer receives poor value for money.

Ordering in Travel Money Advance via the Internet

Fortunately, for the canny traveller there are a number of cost effective as well as hassle free methods to get your cash before you leave. If you order via the internet in advance; you can avoid the queues and unnecessary journeys to collect your cash.

Most travel money companies will offer you a delivery service so that a courier will bring your money direct to your office or home. Next day delivery is often offered if you order before a certain time; and generally you will not have to wait more than two days if you order after that specified time. Some providers also give you the option of picking the foreign currency up at a branch if you would prefer; and many have branches at the airport.

Travel Money Commission and Exchange Rates

The commission rates which blight many local agencies are avoided with the majority of the currency providers featured and the exchange rates are very competitive. These do differ slightly from provider to provider and fluctuate daily so it is advisable when buying currency to shop around for the best rates; but also to consider delivery charge, time and method as you may have a preference or need the money quickly.

Travel Money Commission Free Buy Back

Often, travellers will come back from abroad with some of their money unspent so it is worth checking if the foreign exchange provider will buy back your remaining cash without commission. Thus, if you are left with money that you do not need, you will not get charged for changing the money back to your home currency.
