First Plus Homeowner - Personal Loan

This is a loan secured on your home; so can only be applied for if you are a homeowner. The First Plus Homeowner Loan can be used for any purpose, and you can borrow any amount from £5,000 up to £100,000.
 
The APR rate is extremely competitive at 8.5% variable and the loan can be paid back from 5 up to a 25 year period. Loans can be paid to you in as short a time as 3days.
 
The website is easy to use and the application process is smooth. It also has a very user friendly calculator on the homepage into which you can input your loan amount and the term you want to pay back and it will give you a quote the monthly figure you’re likely to pay back, the APR rate and the full total payment. This is an excellent feature and you can change terms and amount and refresh to see your options.
 
First Plus only give homeowner loans, so remember to bear in mind that you must keep up with repayments or your home may be at risk.
